Feelings don’t change until you do.
“Snap out of it! Get over it! Cheer up!” Why doesn’t this work? Because feelings won’t change until you change your state of mind.
You and I can work together to change your old patterns and help you get back on track… even if everything else around you stays the same.
Happiness is mind over matter. Let me help you change your mind!

- At your first session, we will identify and clarify your goals.
- Dr. Roberts will provide you with an individualized Plan of Care in writing that outlines recommended steps and timelines for achieving your specific goals.
- Attend scheduled sessions and complete practice exercises/tasks between sessions to facilitate changes.
